Pre-covid wait rooms were very long, even with an appointment you still have to wait an hour. Now, with telephone calls (might have to wait a day or so after booking), she's prompt, asks a lot questions to make sure you're getting the proper treatment, and refers you to the right specialist.

I wish I could give zero star for this doctor. I booked her as my family doctor in the quarantine time. She might be very nice on phone, but after next appointment, she missed my appointment. I tried to call her but she no answer, even when she called me back without saying sorry me. Her suggestion always is to check specialist doctor. I emailed and never she answered me just to ask about my report’s result. Plz everyone if you can spk English, find other doctor.
