PCS Construction

I had a leak in my skylight. Pablo was very friendly and seemed very conscientious. He convinced me I had other damage was well, and agreed to the extra work. But after he finished up, the skylight still leaked. He did answer my calls, and came back for no charge to try and fix it. But after 3 separate attempts, it still leaked. I had to hire another firm to actually fix it. Pablo still refuses to refund any of the money I paid him.
