    Best service and prices. Karl always gives you best advise on the tires and options. I have compared the storage and tire costs with others in this area and his prices are best. Make appointment for your tire change as they are very busy during tire change season. I would recommend to anyone... you would be satisfied with their service.

    Karl and team are really good, prompt and best of professionals i have interacted with. They always give advice which is good for you and your car/tire etc. I really recommend Rim And Tire Pro. Regards Gaurav

    Worst service I've ever received

    DON'T GO HERE! Experienced the WORST customer service. Had an appt for 12 they made me wait for 2.5 hours before they even took my car in then told me they ordered the wrong parts and I had to come back. Horrible service!

    Jordannah, we regret to hear about your complaint. Unfortunately, with the busy season, many patrons are all flocking to tire shops at the same time in order to get their tires done at the same time and line ups can be especially hectic the week preceeding Christmas. Appointments are set in order to help reduce wait times, however, our first priority is to ensure that work is being done safely and thoroughly. Aside from that, many appointments show up at times other than scheduled (which pushes wait times back) and end up having unforeseen issues that need to be addressed in order to complete the set work order effectively and safely. We apologize for your negative experience and welcome you to call us and speak with Karl about your concerns and we will gladly do what we can to rectify the experience.
