Rly bad, went to buy an air conditioner for my trailer and ended up not working with mine so we instead bought some cleaning supplies. But a couple days after we got a call from the owner screaming at us for not buying the air conditioner and wasting his employees time and he having to pay the employee for staying a little bit later. Overall the employees are nice and helpful but the owner is something else, so if u go and not buy something expect a call from the owner screaming at u for wasting

Terrible customer service, very unprofessional. Personal attacks made when I reviewed their inappropriate behaviour and questionably advertisement practices.
