Poor quality stitching for an expensive price. No sympathy whatsover for the customer experience. Simply put, they don't care. $300 for a winter coat that already has a hole. I put the coat on and removed the fabric freshener from the pocket, only to discover a big hole. However, once it's been worn you can't return it. That's their policy for poorly stitched clothing. For that price, I expected better, and now I'm stuck with this coat. I will never shop there again.

Return. The store manager is the rudest person I ever met. At the simple question what is the return policy she started reading me the whole thing from the receipt ( hello! I can read.. just tell me in 3-4 words) The associate approached the so called "manager" and whispered something at her ear. Both of them ( the store manager and sales associate) were smiling in a very weird way at me and treating me very unfairly. Never will shop Laura again...
