Ive been doing online ordering for a few years but lately it has been a disaster. Ive been missing things from my orders for a few weeks in a row and have been told that my card would be refunded. After several phone calls over several weeks, Ive only been refunded for a third of the missing things Ive been charged for. They keep saying its due to the pandemic but really Ive been working this whole pandemic myself and expected to do my job properly!
We shop there almost every day. We also do comparison shopping as well. We realize the many excellent products on the shelves and in the grocery aisles. We also shop at the Metro grocery store close to the Super Store, but that maybe get special deals on deli products and Bakery items. Anyways we also like rewards (points) towards our groceries, etc. No one else does this. So we love our PC Superstore. And most times the cashiers are very pleasant and helpful.
