Walkley Square Apts

Having lived here for over 5 years now, I can say its been great considering the fair price. The building is cleaned often, and the elevators have never been broken. When I needed maintenance in the apartment (leaky faucets, broken oven, etc), they sent a repairman within a few hours. Ive never had an issue with the parking situation, as I pay for 2 spots (50 ea) in the parking garage, where there is ample room for tenants that are willing to pay the nominal fee for covered (!) parking.

I've been living here for a year and have been very satisfied with the service. The building is being upgraded continually. It is an older building but the rent is GREAT! Everything around here was $300 more a month. It's located really close to everything. The apartments are quiet. Good sound proofing. The kitchen is dated but after a week or so I got use to it. No parking issues so far. No issues at all.
