H&M Hennes & Marritz

The customer service at this store is non-existent. Was cashed out but what I believe to be the manager yesterday. She appeared overly bothered to do her job and acted as though I inconvenienced her. She forgot to ring in an item, then on top of it as I was leaving the store the alarm went off. She didn’t take the security tag off said item. She was rude and unprofessional. I won’t return to this store.
