Sad day to be a SSW

I am disgusted by the behaviour of a few Staff at the Shepherd's Lodge. Since when is it a SSW's job to belittle and tear people down. Who talks to people like that? Rude and yelling at Clients and Workers calling to assist clients. They certainly do not treat clients or colleagues any decorum, dignity and respect.
