I ordered 7 pieces of furniture from Arrow in Scarborough and out of 7 pieces 4 were damaged. I tried to call the sales rep from head office who assisted me they ended up picking up the furniture and sending it back to the warehouse to be fixed. When I recieved the 4 peices of furniture back they were still damaged. The sales rep was upset that I was complaining and sent me over to customer service. Im still waiting for someone to get back to me. This has been such an awful experience.
