Maybe try something off the main menu...

I'm not sure hot new the place is, but honestly it made me miss FORTUNE HOUSE (the previous establishment) even more. That was a place that could take your "Chinese take-out" items (chicken balls, spare ribs, chow mein, etc) and do it right. If I wanted more authentic Chinese, I'd go to another place. It took longer than expected to recieve my take-out meal, but I was optimistic that this was a sign that the food was being cooked fresh; hence the wait. I was disappointed that the rice was old, chicken was stale and the pork may have been re-fried/re-heated too many times. They have a bigger menu with less "Americanized" items, which may show much better quality than the convenience take-out combos. If I go back I may try a congee or stir-fry, but I'm staying away from the combos!
