We had an awful experience with them for prom. They were extremely rude to the kids after being 20 minutes late to pick them up. When a parent tried to complain they called their boss and perceded to yell in the parking lot that he felt threatened and his life was in danger. This driver was off his rocker. He asked the children to all get out and that he would not be driving them to prom. Calling the company they said we couldn't speak to them about this and hung up.

I ordered a white stretch limo for our wedding. They showed up with an old black one. Not only that, when I phoned later, they never answered my call. These people should not be allowed to be in business.
