TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

One of the most horrible customer service that I have ever seen in Toronto. Staff is not trained at all ... one day the teller made a mistake in terms of transactions, not acknowledging his mistake and not even apologizing... very rude rude staff in general... if someone goes before closing the branch time (by 6 pm.), the staff lose patience, and not assisting at all... this location is not customer oriented location AT ALL ...

The Service is very poor...Staff was not fully trained. There is only one section for business and 6 for personal...Look around how many business are around this location? There are 3 people line up on business line and it is empty for personal. When business customer came to personal line, they complained as the business people should line up on business line, and they can relax!!! because they are not trained to do business transactions...What type of teller, hard worker or laziness?
