Terrible customer service and wont honour warranty work. Would not recommend

I had great phone service today and had all my questions answered... a very polite person with whom I spoke with.

Waiting over a year for window panes to be replaced (one week Adam) I noticed a family member gave them five stars .???. I give minus five stars. Poor service.

Excellent. We ordered glass coffe table top first time and glass doors replaced for our kitchen cabinets second time. Both time we had excellent service and great product. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible service. The lady in reception area is killing your business with her terrible attitude and rude responses. I hope the owners are reading these reviews because I will not be spending another penny here.

In my experience, I had the most positive, helpful people chatting with me. The first time was for plexiglass to be cut for an air conditioner in a new apartment, the next was to have them tell me which was more appropriate to place in a cocktail table that I have had for years with one of the two glass pieces broken. There were so helpful in giving the advice and were not at all expensive, as I thought that they would have been. I am going back for more plexiglass as I just moved. Thanks!

Rude on the phone...

Rude on the phone from the start when I suggested (helpfully I thought) that I might already have an account. It got worse when I gave the measurement for glass in metric (which I prefer to do for small accurate measurements). She unhelpfully did not tell me she would pass my call onto someone more able and willing to assist me. The attitude was more 'go away.'

Awful customer se...

Awful customer service! I got a quote from Niagara Glass for a glass shower door, and confirmed the scope with the sales person. They never showed up for their first appointment to measure, after they finally did measure they sent me a new price for more than double. I spoke with the owner and he said that the original quote didn't include any labour which was a complete lie as the quote clearly stated supply & install, but he couldn't figure out how to open it on his computer. Waste of time!
