Can not trust what you are told and problems with house despite repairs … bad repairs and now costly for me to fix... would never do wiens home again ever WLM

Great builder! As a realtor I pay attention when the Wiens' homes are for sale in the resale market as I know there won't be to come up in the home inspection. It's difficult for builders to earn such a good reputation when they have to juggle the pricing changes in the market and still try to be fair to customers who would have backed out of a sale if the market went down yet don't want to pay slightly higher prices when the market goes up lol.

I was very excited to be considering buying a home with Eric Weins. Unfortunately throughout the process of first meeting to trying to finalize a contact, his agenda changed and therefore a lot of his pricing. He wanted to charge significantly more per square foot then we were initially quoted, and wanted to charge more for a premium lot then he had quoted. Very disappointed as I had heard such good things about him. Sure, he has a right to charge what he wants as the owner, but he would have save us all a lot of time, hassle and sadness if he had been upfront from the start.
