Exceptional work done! We had the fortune of having Dan assist us with a leak and valve issues, he was personable, efficient and did an excellent job. The receptionist was polite as well and notified us of a cancellation appointment to expedite our issues. VERY THANKUL for this employee and company.

Jed was great, he came asap to fix a serious clog in our drain after our basement flooded, he was friendly and worked hard to figure out and fix the problem. We will definitely call him in the future if we have any other problems.

Skilled, Friendly and Reasonable Price

Ambrose Plumbing has been to my house twice for unrelated plumbing issues. On both occasions, they did a great job (i.e., they fixed the problem the first time), they were friendly, and they were very reasonably priced.

Friendly Service

I woke up to my basement & kitchen flooded with water. I called Ambrose, and they were at my house within an hour. The man who fixed the problem under my kitchen sink showed me what was wrong before he replaced it, and showed me the broken part after he removed it. He was fast, and friendly. Very much a people person. Highly recommend for anyone living in the St Thomas area.
