The Diamond Showcase

I brought my ring in there to be fixed. As I lost my diamond in it. So I had another diamond to put back into the ring but I was told that the diamond was chipped. So I sent my ring in to get a quote. Me being who I am looked at my diamond and seen no chips in it so I brought the diamond to a different jewellery store to be told there was nothing wrong with it. So he absolutely lied to me and tried to get me to replace a perfectly good diamond with a new one. When confronted Daniel lied again.

Worst Customer Service 400 Market Diamond Showcase

When this business (and I use that term loosely) made a mistake on my items I have paid for it and paid for it again. No apologies were offered, let alone a discount of any kind. I would not recommend this place or shop here again. The Diamond Showcase at the 400 Market in Barrie/Stroud provided me with the worst customer service I have ever received. Daniel, who is either the owner or some type of management was even belligerent with me when I asked why I was being charged for a mistake his staff made. Do not spend your hard earned money at this place.
