I love their jewelry they always have what I am looking for - especially day to day minimalistic pieces. I can wash my hands with their sterling silver pieces and they don’t tarnish or discolour! I’ve had my rings from them for a good 2 years now && the quality is still excellent. Highly recommend!

I went to the mall to buy jewlery and all of the stores I usually go to are closed down now. Where is the Loft? Panache? Magnolia? Thank goodness I can still get jewlery from Rainbow Jade.

Worst quality

After I paid for my earrings, I waited for 2 weeks without getting them, and they refused to refund...So I added money to get this necklace... The so called "copper" part on my necklace went into "silver" color after a month, and what's worse, the necklace, the chain part, supposed to be silver material, the coating faded and went to grey, caused my skin itchy....... All in all, the service girl was lying about the material....and I didn't get the original product I paid for and they don't do refund even when they don't have the product !
