I just wanted to take this opportunity to give Gurpreet and Vikas at the Weston Road Mobility Kiosk a raving review. The first time I went in I dealt with Gurpreet. Service from Gurpreet was smooth, she was informative, and asked the right questions regarding my mobility needs. Second visit I dealt with Vikas. Once again! Thumbs up for service excellence. Lady at customer service treated me so so poorly like I was not a human being called for manager and know for a fact they work as a team nothing would have been done I shopped there for years and this woman was not working there for that long.
