Varnan and his team delivered beyond our expectations for our wedding. Food Decor and Execution were amazing . Everything was beautiful . We're so grateful for all the detail they went into to gives us such an amazing experience.

Hats off to the SCC and staff! We recently hosted my daughter’s Sweet 16 with close to 200 Family & Friends in the beautiful Rosewood Room. We were so thankful and pleased with the venue. There was an abundance of food which was flavourful right from the appetizers, pasta stations, dinner & sweet table – including the bartender (Rishi) who was fun and entertained our guests. We held our wedding reception last august in 2014 for about 300 guests, and it couldn't have gone better! From the initial booking, to the food tasting, and reviewing of minor details, the entire experience with SCC was fantastic. We had a delicious 3 course meal, followed by a finger-licking late night poutine station. The hall looked fantastic, and complemented all of our other decor vendors. The bar had an extensive selection, and the dance floor was packed until the very end. Thanks SCC!
My husband and I had our wedding reception at the SCC in September 2014 our experience was absolutely without a doubt the worst ...a nightmare and something no bride/groom should go through on such a special and important day. It began the week of the wedding soon after we made our final payment to the hall, the co-ordinator there told us that he booked our room the same day as our reception for a morning function and that we couldn't have the room til 4pm
BRIDES BEWARE! Scarborough Convention Centre is the WORST venue for your wedding! My fiancee & I met with the staff to get a price quote for our upcoming wedding. Not only was nothing formal written down, they didn't have a formal package/pricing list of any of the food or services offered. Then they sent us an email breakdown of the price they quoted us on & what we asked for. The cocktail hour we asked for was missing, and the price was higher than we were told & excluding taxes (we were told it was inclusive of taxes). We took our family over to see the place(at a time that they told us to come by in our first meeting) & no one was there. We tried to reach them to clarify etc, but no one has responded to our calls or emails. Do yourselves a favour, avoid disappointment & STAY AWAY!
