Reynah is the most disrespectful, unprofessional building manager I and many others have come across. DO NOT rent a unit in this building. You will greatly regret your experience and will be stuck with a very rude manager and disgusting building. Stay away! Whoever is in charge of Reynah, you have to fire her! Many people including myself will never rent a unit there and it is 99% because of her!

I have been living in this building more than a year and I dont recommend this building at all since the manager is terrible and cockroaches are everywhere. they say they sprayed but nothing changes. I am planning to move out as soon as I can

All kinds of bugs. Every day you see something new. That is if the elevator lets you live to see the next day. I lived on the west facing side of the building. In the summer, it's easily 10-20 degrees cooler OUTSIDE thanks to floor to ceiling windows that won't open more than half an inch. It's like living in an anthill under a magnifying glass. Literally. Don't move here. You can get a MUCH better apartment for a LOT less money.

I did and I regret it and had to leave after a few months. Just walk into the lobby and enjoy the aroma of an asinine garbage disposal system that you can smell on every floor and is conveniently vented into the laundry room ventilation system which is just perfect for making you feel nauseated while folding your laundry. Like bugs? Perfect, you'll fit right in. we had bed bugs, cockroach's, silverfish and other creepy crawlies i couldn't identify. Not enough pestilence for you? No worries, there are plenty of mice in the building with easy access to your apartment and rats live in the underground parking. Another issue we had is that this building has a big problem with homeless people coming in at all hours of the night to urinate and defecate in the stairwells. There is NO security or concierge so it's pretty much a free for all. let's see what else ole 666 has to offer, ah yes, the likelihood of MOULD growing everywhere in the walls because of water leakage from other apartments - they don't exactly replace the soggy drywall around here and you can smell it. There's NO AC in this building and almost NO ventilation. Life with you installing your own AC will certainly be tortuous in the dead of summer - oh yeah, and although utilities are included in the rent, management will send you a notice telling you that you MUST pay 150.00 extra for EACH air conditioner you have. see review continued...
