I went there for a keratin treatment, my stylish Ines (owner) has no work ethics at all, I know how the keratin treatment is suppose to be done and the work she did on my hair was so poor, she missed step #1, took her 5min for step #2, and totally escaped step #3 sending me home with the treatment on my hair. The costumer service is so bad you feel unwelcome since you go in the place and no one greets you properly, I am so upset with this studio, I am writing this review to help avoid some else biggest disappointment.
I got an unlimited laser deal with this place almost a year ago. Here are my comments on their service:
Good points:
1- I think they do a good job in their laser treatments. The probe covers all the required spots and I feel the power they use is good
2- The owner lady (I suppose) added an extra part to my plan for an additional $100 per year, which I think is reasonable
3- Their laser room is clean the clean towels and napkins are always provided.
4- The time between the sessions is about 1.5 months. They are kind of flexible with your schedule.
Drawbacks:
1- I had a feeling that their staff are very cold, almost no welcoming atmosphere. So cold that sometimes I try to start a conversation with the lady who is doing the laser treatment ( the owner?)
2- My hairs are still growing after 7 or 8 sessions. certainly they are less than the time I started the treatment, but I think if I leave them for 3 months they will be almost the same as before. I'm not sure that this can be considered as a drawback here.
