My truck failed its etest and they couldnt have been better helping me through the it, sure its going to cost me alot to fix it but I feel confident this is now the shop I will be using!

My truck failed its etest and they couldnt have been better helping me through the it, sure its going to cost me alot to fix it but I feel confident this is now the shop I will be using!
I have taken my car there now 4 times to try and get 1 etest. My car hooked up fine the first time to their machine and it was an O2 sensor. they told me to drive it for 48 hours which I did and when I took it back what they hooked it back up and now it didn't work. The last people to touch the thing was them... it worked the first time so why not the second. The told me it would be $80 to look at it. I still am without an etest and I'm beyond pissed. NEVER take your car here!
Worst experience ever. Did work I didn't give permission for and didn't fix the problems I took it in for. They didn't listen to me what so ever and told me that I had no right to request them do the work I PAID FOR. They took my money and created more problems. I took my vehicle to another mechanic and the work they said they did wasn't done either. Never take your Vechile there.
HORRIBLE! I waited 3 hours for them to do a simple standard safety test on my truck. Was not happy about it.

We are unable to find this person in our system to verify the comment. While it does happen that customers will drop in without an appointment we do make every effort to accommodate their need, we do set our safety's by appointment only. Also, as most customers know not every vehicle will sail through a 'simple' safety like a new vehicle will. We do take our customers safety and our community responsibility very seriously. With some vehicles sourcing parts to complete the safety properly can be challenging. If this service was performed by Action, we do apologize. This is not our typical customer situation, when we do run into issues with a customer repair they are advised. But unfortunately not every customer is understanding of the time and work that goes into repairing their vehicle.
