Poor customer service

Worst experience ever. Called explained issue—they said bring it in. Filled a ticke—they said leave it. Next day they called & said "we did not appreciate you taking pictures of your boat.They refused to look at it based on this. I told them my truck was new and it was the first time I trailered the boat. Pics were for social media. They refused to look at anexisting warranty claim even though they are an authorized dealer. I drove 2.5 hours there. 10 hours of driving for nothing. Brutal service

not willing to work with you,didnt fix my atv that i bought there ,said nothing wrong with took it to another place they heard the noise fixed it ,and let me talk to service person, dt. said i couldnt talk to person that worked on it.i wont go back there or send anyone there.good bye thanks for nothing.!!!!

Terrible customer service

Just stood in their showroom for ten minutes waiting to talk to a salesman about purchasing a ranger bass boat. Not one person working in the whole place. Terrible customer service. Defiantly will not be spending any money with them. Pretty sad when you're the only customer in the building and no one is around.

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Guy at the counter was so miserable and unhelpful, just had to walk out of there shaking my head. Was thinking about buying a new boat there but after that kind of service I think I'll look elsewhere.

Haven't heard one...

Haven't heard one good word about them and had a costly horrible 2 month wait experience myself only to find out a cheaper solution could have saved hundreds .making my trip There futile.
