    Commitment to excellence

    Bought a few seadoo lifts and a dock Sales Bruce wasn't available when we arrived but I knew this in advance I was early. Staff were very helpful and we placed order, Bruce called and thanked us for business and double checked our order. Had a hiccup and I emailed Bruce with my concern. Doug owner responded immediately Sunday night at 10.30pm.. The problem was resolved effectively and immediately the next morning. MCGREGOR ON THE WATER do in fact live up to commitment to excellence.

    Trusted Marina !

    It been a great Pleasure dealing with Mcgregor on The Water. They have assisted my family with the sale of our prior boat and the purchase of our new boat. I would definitely do business with Mcgregor on the Water again !!!

    Watch out!

    We purchased a boat from them through an auction at Aero Auctions. He had taken a scrap boat and a scrap motor and put them together. When I phoned to discuss some concerns and asked for the owner/manager, the person who answered refused to put the owner on the phone...The funny things was, that he was the owner...and he was short, abrupt and basically told me that it was an auction and its sold as is... It was after numerous calls, that he finally admitted he was the owner of the marina... If I had a choice, and knowing my experience, I would never go back there again. And I haven't.
