Tepperman's Furniture Store

I bought furniture of cost $2605 and they sent me the defective pieces. I sent the pictures of defects and their customer care offered me either certain amount or replace with other furniture from the store. I checked the store and all furniture was either costlier or not good quality. I talked to customer care department manager and she said either take offered money otherwise forgot it. Delivery service is lacking in time management, professionalism and appropriate social interaction. Yelling and swearing at customers and building staff is not acceptable. This has happened on more than one time.

I only recently custom ordered about $7000 in furniture from Teppermans. I thought I could buy a WASHING MACHINE (PAID EXTRA FOR removal and install) & all would be well. I couldn't be more wrong. First, the girl setting up delivery was rude and then the delivery guys didn't take the old machine and refused to install the new one. They gave a 70-year-old woman with crippled hands a wrench & told her to decouple the hoses. Watched her struggle. Pathetic. Shameful. I will be canceling my order.

Had a new washer and dryer set delivered by Teppermans June 2019. During the delivery Teppermans spilt water all over my floor and didnt tell me, the dryer they delivered was non functional and I had to bring it back to the store myself in exchange for another unit. The washing machine was dented which they did give me a small credit for. When the Teppermans employee was doing the delivery they gouged my flooring. Well that is 4 hours of my life that I will never get back! Thanks Teppermans for calling me on a Sunday to move my appointment up and then nobody shows!! Thanks for NOT calling me the night before like you promised to confirm but calling me the morning of the appointment to tell me my 4 hour window time, take it or leave it. Ok fine I will take it, but tech never showed and when I called you promised you would call me back but you never did. You just lost a customer.
