I am a recent first time customer of Windsor Plumbing & Eel. I went with this company based solely on the reviews left by others for a drainage problem I was having in my front yard. Jesse was EXTREMELY courteous and professional in getting someone over to my place as soon as possible to fix a blockage in my main sewer drain through the cleanout in the front yard. Communication and work quality is second to none. DONT HESITATE TO CALL FOR ALL YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS!! Truly a top notch company/owner

They were on time, polite and efficient. I had a new backwater valve and 2 sump pumps installed. They were done the same day and explained everything.

A clean, efficient job was performed and I couldn't have asked for better service! Nice people. Very nice owner, Jesse who does what he says and is on time. Care taken to protect property when doing a dirty job. I appreciate the respect and would recommend. Plumbing is never cheap and neither is Windsor Plumbing and Eel but its inline and the pleasant service makes them a great choice. Fair market prices for good work by nice people.

Jessie answered my call right away. He set up a time which was for my convenience. He confirmed the time the day of service. Joshua was very pleasant and efficient. He explained my options and gave me prices before he did the work. I appreciate the customer service throughout this otherwise unpleasant task.

I had the pleasure of working with Jesse many times and each time I am very impressed by his quick response, quality work and fair prices. He is a plumber that I trust and who proved himself time and time again by efficiently taking care of both simple and complex jobs. I recently had Windsor plumbing and eel install a back flow valve and sump pump and pit. I was very impressed with the fact that Jesse and his crew were always on time and the quality of the work performed. I was very pleased to see how well they cleaned up afterwards. They made me feel like my opinion and questions were valid and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done to my liking. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in getting quality work for a reasonable pri.

I needed a sump pump and backflow valve installed. Jessie and his team did an excellent job...professional, thorough and the price was right! I had the work inspected and even the inspector commented on the excellent work!

Very professionnal and reliable service. We called a saturday afternoon for the drain of the house that was clogged. He arrived within 15 minutes and the problem was taking care of very fastly. He took the time to explain everything to us and was pretty cheap too. Great service overall.
