Great Change
I was doing Tae Kwon Do for 8 years and achieved my 3rd Degree black belt before I made the switch to Bravado, and it was the best descision of my life. The instruction is great and non-military style, and adults teach the class. In the club I was in there would be teenagers teaching and the only reason they were teaching was they had a higher degree. One they were not mature enough to teach and two they would teach incorrect form. fitness levels: I am in the best shape of my life. Doing Tae Kwon Do I had issues dropping access fat. In one year at Bravado I lost 40 lbs and I am in the best shape I've seen in 20 years. Point sparring gets you nowhere: TKD focuses on patterns and point sparring, in the real world it is useless to defend yourself. What Bravado teaches is practicle and fun. You will get hooked.
