the food is great, we order all the time. in fact when we visit our friends from out of town they request chicken with all the fixings. the owner(man) is very very rude, good thing his food is great or we would never visit again. parking is terrible
If you want to experience a true Portuguese experience, then go no further. Fresh food, friendly service/atmosplere, and bottom low prices. Trust me I have been to about every churasco chicken resturant around , and I can say St. Mathew's is the best BBQ Chicken Resturant in Southern Ontario PERIOD!
Good food... owner is a down to earth person... his wife is a very kind and sincere person. Highly recommend it to others who wish to try some good old Portuguese cuisine at its finest... and the prices are unmatched by anyone.
Absolute great restaurant, with a home cooking vibe. Great customer service, and the owner is a very good hospitality. And the young the young gentleman working (must be the son of the owner) is very fast, efficient and a mix of Russel Crowe and Colin Farrel.
