Salon Quatre Pattes

My dog had a flea and tick infestation after having been groomed at this establishment. Helene Vaillancourt is rude, condescending and very unprofessional. If she put as much effort into grooming the animals as she does gossiping about her customers maybe she could actually do a good job. ZERO STARS!

My poor dog has some parts of her skin showing where she cut too far down. She has some parts of hair that are still long. Overall her fur looks choppy and nothing like it should. Helene showed up late and did a very bad job and still charged us full price. When we picked up out dog she wasn't dried properly and helene knew that and didn't offer to dry her properly. Unbelievably unprofessional and has a very rude assistant. If you want your dog to look presentable don't go here. Do not recommend
