The food that I ordered was superb! Burger was fully loaded and had mayo (lots of places don't do that for some reason). The gravy was well seasoned and very creamy. I was pleased with the delivery man's "joie de vivre" as well. He earned his gratuity.
I am new to this area so i tried to stick with what i knew. I tried a Champions restaurant in Verdun and the food was great, but i ordered from this Champions in Lachine and i was disgusted with the food, it was over cooked and the chicken wings were so dry even the chicken inside the skin was hard as a rock i cut my mouth on it. I phoned to tell them of my disappointment and they told me i was crazy and that their food was fine and i wasn't offered anything in return, i was only mocked by the staff who all spoke french and couldn't address me in english. Their chicken pieces and wings sit under heat lamps all day, so when you order they throw them back in the grease and the chicken becomes a dry hard as a rock ,hunk of crispy batter with no juicy meat once so ever.
