They were paid to manage our building which includes Administrative, Financial and Contracts management. But they did only financial. Also when we decided to manage our building by ourselves they should dpo the transfer. The transfer they did took 2 mins... I received 2 boxes with documents. So if you need this kind of management go with this company.
