    Terrible Garage. ...

    Terrible Garage. Owner made me a lot of promises, none of which were kept. They tried to seem like they were going out of there way to help me and in the need nothing on my car was fixed properly. Both rentals cars had problems. The garage was also very hard to reach. They never got back to be when they said they would and the job was poorly done.

    I am sorry to hear that this client is not happy but the fact is that he was claiming damages which were not related to his accident. I personally tried to help the client understand what was related and what was not related to the collision but to no avail. Furthermore it is the Insurance companies that have the final say in the repairs and not my shop. I am always available to discuss and help in this matter.
