    HORRIBLE company, does not care about customers

    I was just dealing with PMC Tire, and I would not recommend this business to anyone! 500 characters is not enough to explain the horrible experience I had with PMC Tire. I ordered a product that was supposed to come in 4 days, it didn't I called, they said a month - i waited. I called, they said another week, then another two weeks, another week etc. 3 Months later i got the tires and wheels, no lug nuts. The company is ignoring my calls and emails. I honestly would not recommend to anyone

    Hello Karl, We are sorry for all the inconvenient this situation might have caused to you. We recognize, your experience with us has not been the most beautiful a customer wants to experience, and your dissatisfaction is totally understandable. However, there are a few things I would like to clarify. First, your order was placed on April 21st... The time your order got treated, we sent you an email on April 22nd (still have the conversation in our files) to tell you the wheels would only be available by the end of May, and wanted to know if you were ok with this. Please remember that we do not produce the wheels, we do not store them, we simply order them when our customers want them, and we rely on what we are being told. You confirmed that you were willing to wait for the wheels, so we processed and put the wheels back ordered. After a couple weeks, you emailed us to make a follow-up, so we called RWC. We were told that they would have another couple weeks of delay. We got back to you with this information, and still said you wanted to process with the original wheels. A couple weeks later, by the end of June, you asked for our number to discuss the situation. We gave it, and Dominic explained you a little more what the situation was exactly. On July 5th, Dominic wrote a note in the order that he had the confirmation from RWC that the wheels would be delivered by July 15th... always relying on what he was told by RWC. On July 14th, we gave them another call to see if the wheels had shown up. Unfortunately, we were told the wheels would be delayed from one more week. We then decided to offer you a 100$ rebate for the inconvenient (a reasonable amount considering our small margin of profit), so we issued the refund. The wheels decided to show up on the 28th of July, so we were ready to get everything mounted/balanced and shipped out. In this whole process, we never thought of the lug nuts you requested (that are not possible to get with this type of wheel, so this is why we do not offer the option on the website), we were too focused to get the wheels arrive asap. When you brought them back on the carpet, we explained that only original nuts could fit on those rims. You said you wanted us to included some original nuts bought from Mitsubishi directly, have us paint the nuts, and ship them out for free. We thought it was a little too much asked, and agreed we could get you the nuts if you were willing to pay them so we could ship them out with your kit. This other little debate delayed things a little, which means we got your tires delivered from our warehouse on August 1st, and they were delivered at your door on August 2nd, as per the Purolator tracking number. Thank you for your comprehension in all this, The rebate offered for your next purchase is still available for you if you and we hope to have the chance to deliver the best service on your next purchase.
