Hi Heather, Thank you for voicing your experience. We noticed you had not called into the the salon to let us know about your experience or to allow us to fix your new look. You did take the time though to post a review. If you were in, we recommend clients see the same stylist when ever possible. This allows the stylist to know your hair and your styling likes, your use of products and styling abilities.
