Proceed with caution

Please use caution in dealing with this company. My experience has proven very negative. I was initially offered a price for my vehicle on a potential trade, but, Jerry's (salesman Zane) reneged a few weeks later, offering me about 13% less. Their excuse: "we reduced the price of the vehicle in which you were interested". Even more concerning, was their disinterest and lack of any follow-up when I suggested a compromise deal.
