Go to market faster thanks to a rapid and optimal parts design (2D or 3D modelling).
We provide design solutions for a large diversity of clients for the consumer and industrial markets or for institutional, urban furniture, or transportation material sectors. For a more specific application, we can provide the services of an industrial designer specialized in medical devices, which develops innovative systems, and can license the technology to pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies.
First and foremost, we focus on understanding your needs, from product brand to concept, from rapid to functional prototyping.

We offer turnkey solutions covering all above listed services.
An "a-la-carte" service is also offered when only one or more project phases must be performed (e.g. PCB routing, design review, certification consulting).
Our pricing is competitive and adapted to the project scale.
The reality is that one cannot launch a product on the market without being properly certified.
Most certainly the product launch will be delayed if its design and overall performance does not to meet the applicable standards.
A prototype is used as part of the design engineering process to allow engineers and designers the ability to explore design alternatives, test theories and confirm performance prior to starting production of a new product.
Should you need a prototype (one very large prototype or hundreds of detailed small parts), you can count on us to deliver prototypes with unsurpassed accuracy and speed. Naturally, we provide expert guidance to ensure that all components and parts are designed to perform optimally and work efficiently as an integrated assembly.
Tailored to your needs, we supply prototypes such as:
The BOTTOM LINE DIFFERENCE:
Reduce the number of suppliers & concentrate on your core business.
With us you get:

Depending on the application and volume requirements or finishing requirements we may use any of the following processes:
Select the optimal casting process to reap the benefits noted above. We develop solutions that take into account all variables to be considered, such as:
We deliver coating and finishing services for industrial, commercial, transportation, and automotive sectors for metals or plastics, via processes such as:
Reaping the benefits of our ISO Certified CNC components manufacturers equipped with fully robotized operations (lights out).
Developing a CAD/CAM program that combines multiple tools and machines into a single “cell” that produces high quality components at low cost.
Reaping the benefits of small CNC machine shop operators with low overhead, not ISO certified, producing high quality components at low cost.
Eliminating all suppliers of secondary operations by integrating under one contract processes such as:
Reduce its overall cost by:
We offer a complete range of product and services, including:
We deliver structures and mechanical products made of aluminum, stainless steel or mild steel, copper, brass, such as:
Injection moulding is the most common method of parts manufacturing. It is ideal for producing high volumes of the same object. Some advantages of injection moulding are high production rates, high tolerances are repeatable, wide range of materials can be used, low lab cost, minimal scrap losses, and little need to finish parts after moulding.
The rotational moulding process is a high-temperature, low-pressure plastic-forming process that uses heat and biaxial rotation (i.e. rotation on two axes) to produce hollow, one-piece parts. The process does have distinct advantages. Manufacturing large, hollow parts such as oil tanks is much easier by rotational moulding than any other method.
This is a manufacturing process where a plastic sheet is heated to a pliable forming temperature, formed to a specific part shape in a mould, and trimmed to create a usable product. The sheet, or “film”, when referring to thinner gauges and certain types of materials, is heated in an oven at a temperature high enough to be stretched in or on a mould and cooled to a final shape.
Other processes that we can produce are:

We have helped many clients that are using prototypes to launch the product in the market place or to apply for FDA certification for example or other approval tests. Naturally, we provide guidance to ensure that all components and parts are designed to perform optimally and work efficiently as an assembly.

We can increase your profitability by simplifying parts in both production and operation robotization. We can also eliminate all suppliers of secondary operations by integrating under one contract processes such as:
To reap the benefits stated above, we offer a complete range of sheet metal processes and services, such as:
Stamping is a process of forming industrial materials (sheet metal, resin, plastic, composite) into specific shapes by forcing a tool or die through the material using a stamping press. The stamping process is usually used for very high speed and high quantity production runs. The low cost of producing large product quantities makes stamping an ideal manufacturing process for many automotive and consumer product applications.
Sheet metal is simply metal formed into thin and flat pieces. It is one of the fundamental forms used in metalworking, and can be cut and bent into a variety of different shapes. Thicknesses can vary significantly, although extremely thin thicknesses are considered foil or leaf, and pieces thicker than 6 mm (0.25 in) are considered plate.
There are many different metals that can be made into sheet metal, such as aluminum, brass, copper, steel, tin, nickel and titanium. Sheet metal has applications in car bodies, airplane wings, medical tables, roofs for building and many other things.
Progressive die stamping is a multi-stage sheet metal forming process, where the final shape is given in two or more sequential operations. In progressive die stamping, coil is fed through all the stations and the blank is pierced and formed in the earlier stations.
One of the advantages of working with 911 Innovation Inc. is our versatility. We intervene in all spheres of design engineering and contract manufacturing.
