I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

We picked up a large snow blower Nov.18,2018.at the Newmarket Store. Three young men and a supervisor on his way out stopped to load this machine. No easy task.They gave 110%. Polite, willing , diligent. We finally got it in. They went beyond & deserve to be acknowledged.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. Excellent location with a lot of parking spots. Great selection of shoes. Since their opening, I have purchased 2 pairs of summer shoes, 2 pairs of autumn/spring shoes, and 1 pair of worm winter boots. ALL of them perfectly fit. I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I will go back next time I need help. Thanks

One of the best stores and the best teams that Walking on a Cloud has! Very knowledgeable staff, very friendly service and the only downside of this location is the construction that is going on around it making it hard to get to. But the store is worth coming to just for the people and service!
