These guys have some of if not best customer service I have experienced in Kamloops. I have order a few things lately on line and have unfortunately I needed to return a couple of items , the return process was flawless , and their instore attitude is fantastic. !!!!

On the busiest of days, two days after X-mas, I came in and was attended to immediately who was able to go right to the last item, a specific TV, and rung it up..... and delivered it to my car at the far end of the parking lot; all with the greatest cheer. Best service I've received in a long time !
