Had some pretty significant water intrusion in our newly built home. We were not sure how 1st Response would be since we did not contract them ourselves but we could not have been more pleased with the amount of knowledge and expertise they have in the field of water damage remediation. I knew Christine had our best interest in mind when she said she had children of her own and this is what she would do in the situation if it were her home. We had flooding in our basement on a Sunday afternoon. Realizing that we couldn't do the clean-up ourselves, we looked on-line for a restoration company. Greg arrived within a couple of hours of our call with a whole team of professionals. The men worked to save our carpeted basement from 8:30 Sunday night until 2:30 am Monday morning. They were thorough, tidy, professional and helpful. Greg even gave us recommendations for a basement repair company. We couldn't be happier with Greg's service.

Jamie and his team provided exactly what they said they were going to do and the shape my attic is in now is night and day and I can’t even tell there was any mould at all on my attic plywood because before they did the work to remove it, it was very black and moulded so I’m very happy and wasn’t expecting it to look anything this good so thanks again and yes I would recommend them in a heart beat

Rob is fantastic.
He SAVED us. We found black mould behind a mattress in the basement the day before taking pictures to list our house - and had already purchased a new one) We were devastated.
Rob came immediately. He was extremely professional. Explained exactly what needed to be done and did it properly. Fixed a crack in the foundation and complete renovation - with paperwork. He was fast & were able to list within the week!
My only regret - not writing this review sooner.
