Rose Building Group did a complete renovation of our basement, including family room, laundry room including a 3 piece bath, tool room and under the stairs storage, followed by a main bathroom remodel and Mold remediation in the attic during April through June of 2019.
Matthew and his team were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. All of His trades were professional and friendly, and the standard of workmanship is very high. We will be using Rose Building Group again.

Partex and were hired by us to completely redesign and rebuild our main floor including our kitchen, dining room, powder room, and to transform our front entrance including a new expanded space for a hallway closet.
We are delighted with the result. Andrew was excellent to work with. He was steady and clear about explaining our various options. He was also very good at giving us cost feedback at each step of the design phase, so we knew what to expect. His sense of humour helped greatly.

Excellent experience from start to finish. They made an accurate assessment of the masonry work that needed to be done, and took the time to explain how they would proceed, step-by-step. AMAZING ASBESTOS REMOVAL FROM BEDROOM - THANK YOU! In Oct. 2023, Jason, David, Roan & their team of Green Life Restoration did a phenomenal job in removing asbestos from around a steam-pipe in our bedroom, filtering our apartment air with air-scrubbers, and vacuuming every nook and cranny of our apartment with a HEPA-filter vacuum-cleaner approved for asbestos cleanup. The PCR test on 3 air-samples showed that, after their asbestos cleanup, there was no detectable asbestos in our bedroom air.

I recently bought a Thomasfield home in Grand Valley. The house was about 3 years old and I was unaware of the previous history of the home and repairs made by the original owner. Soon after moving in, I noticed a few puddles in the basement. Thomasfield responded very quickly, took the time to find all the leaks, reconstructed the back side of my house, and repaired all damage within the house. These men were kind, consistent, determined, and would not leave until I was satisfied. Very pleased!

I only had 90 days of actual construction time to complete the work, and the timelines were tight considering the work we required prior to moving into the home. Paul Napolitano and his staff did an excellent job of providing my family a fully renovated kitchen, two bathrooms, front double doors, garage doors, eaves, soffits and fencing - all delivered on time as promised! Since then Tony has repaired a cracked foundation, done a complete renovation of the upstairs bathroom, installed new Kitchen counter tops and referred me to an excellent roofing contractor and the best company for installing a new driveway. After using a couple of handymen that did not work out to well we found ourselves in pinch when we had water damage and a moldy wall in our sons room. George and his team took care of the wall, the issue causing the damage and properly fixed the work from the other handymen. My wife decided to get the whole house painted and the floors done while we had him! George's office helped accommodate with payment arrangements and the wife was happy! I have had him do work at my pizza parlor as well.
