Stopped by needing a last minue birthday cake. Despite how busy,yet Sam (the only one working) Helped when he saw my panicked face. Instead of rushing me, he actually listened,gave thoughtful suggestion like cinnamon cream cheese icing & options. Despite managing the entire section alone, SAM helped with incredible product knowledge and genuine care.That kind of service is unicorn-rare in retail. Because of him I’ll drive past closer stores just to shop here. What ever you paying Sam double it!

The customer service and the cleanliness of store is excellent and the selves are always well stocked. Bruce and Ryan have been extremely helpful to me during this Xmas season. I volunteer for the Salvation Army kettle program at this store and I have seen first hand Bruce and Ryan and the cashiers go up and beyond to help your customers. I also let others know what a great store this is.

I entered this store in Moncton wondering why this has stayed so long and soon found out! I was taught the benefits of pure olive oil from Kelly who was patient and personal in her teachings. I'm a new fan! Can't wait to try out their many options for both better health and flavour!

Awesome! The staff recognize me, find extra fruit or sale items that have sold out. My only gripe is the sales are so good they do sell out by Saturday. But there is often another shipment expected Monday. I have left my iPad behind which was kept in a safe spot until I returned. I save quite a bit by going here AND they price match!

I had a very satisfactory experience with Bruce at the floral department on Thursday, Apr 9. I ordered an item from floral and the employee was more than helpful. Not only was I well informed, but the order was delivered almost immediately. I am from outside town and such great service doesnt happen every day. I felt it should not go unnoticed. Service in the dept. that sells chicken pieces and salads has been
awfull at Bedford s/s.Today at around 5.30 pm the young guy that served us was great.Let us know that our 4 piece chicken pick could be increased to a 9 piece at only 2 dollars more.He did not have to let us know this but it was much apppreciated.we hope he will be there when we return for more chicken.Well done young fella.
