I had one of the best ribeye steaks I’ve ever tasted, thanks to Ali at the butcher shop. The cut was perfectly marbled, fresh, and packed with flavor. You can tell Ali knows his craft—he recommended just the right thickness and gave great tips on how to cook it. Excellent service and top-quality meat. Highly recommend!

Metro Kennedy Commons is my weekly go to - I like the layout of the store, the available products and options and the faces we see on a weekly basis. A huge bravo to the team at the meat dept. - they are all smiles and very helpful with getting the right cuts of meat or special requests. Another reason for us to shop at Metro Kennedy Commons!

Metro at shoppers world mall is the best grocery store not only among other metro stores but with other stores as well.It is well organized from produce to meat to flowers section. Every isle sections are very clean, up to date label and and prices and commodities are well balanced. date with the label and most of all staff are professional and friendly.must be coordinating the best store ever. Excellent products at good prices; convenient location and parking. Some reviews say they don't have flyer items, but I've very seldom ever experienced that. Nice size, well laid out and easy to find stuff. Their produce is excellent; maybe because they obviously sell a lot, it doesn't have time to get old. PC Express pickup is efficient and easy; and I usually get everything ordered. Staff are usually pretty good, although they are likely short-staffed as everybody is these days.

November 27, 2020 was my first visit to this location. I would like to let the owners know that their location was one of the cleanest and organized store, with well stocked shelves. I have shopped at 4 other locations in Whitby/Ajax area and my shopping experience was very different. The floor was well staffed with friendly and helpful staff and the cashier was very friendly and pleasant. I live in Whitby but will definitely shop at this location again.

They are friendly always helpful and the new store layout is easy to navigate. It is a discount store so what do you expect, the staff there work hard and are very frienly if you ask them politly.So next time you shop there keep you're eyes open and observe the folke that work there.
I for one like the store and the folks who work there. Im 82 and need help and get it from the Guys and Girls

I rate excellent because the store is well organize easy to find what you need , but yesterday i went there to buy luncheon meat which is .97 each is a good price i bought only 2 cases and another 2 can for scanning she , that is double price i hope you take an action for this i try to call your store no answer thanks

Their produce is always good.
Prices are low.
If you want something they don't stock they will try and bring it in for you!
The owners don't sit in the office. You will find them stocking shelves or on the floor.

This is the best grocery store in the area. The store is well stocked, clean, and well lit. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Online order pickup is extremely easy, they are very open and communicate very well when they need to make substitutions, which is rare.
I shop here for all of my groceries and have never had an issue with earning or redeeming my points.
The parking lot is easily accessible from two entrances and is well maintained even in the winter months.
