When we went back to actually purchase material for the floor, he remembered everything, what we looked at, what we discussed. We were very impressed He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We worked with a relocating company from my husbands business along with Grand Floors Ltd. Moving provinces isnt easy when you cant be in two places at once. The team at Grand Floors renovated our main and upper level with new hardwood flooring throughout. We upgraded our staircase railings and spindles. We did all of the selections over the phone, emails and text. The team was very accommodating to our needs. We are extremely pleased with the quality, timeline, service and price.

We worked with Matt who was incredibly knowledgeable and found us the perfect modern, yet durable floor for our closed-in porch. He even arranged delivery and installation. The installers were so quick, tidy and polite. They even showed up early and left the job spotless. We couldn't be happier with the finished product! So nice to deal with such a professional bunch!!!
