I woke up in the middle of the night because my house was absolutly freezing!! I fiddled with the thermostat, by i couldnt get the furnace to kick over and turn on. after a long long night i called royal which i found randomly off the net, explained the situation and how i needed help asap. they come over quickly and diagnosed the issue free of charge. After they gave me the upfront price i agreed and they fixed the issue. Turned out to be an electrical issue - a mouse chewed up a wire - they showed me the culprit and his work. I spoke to City Gas, they lady that answered the phone was great and their pricing was cheaper than many other companies I had called. Their technician came to my house within an hour of my call; he was very friendly and professional and he fixed my furnace quickly and efficiently. Kevin and his team was very accommodating, prompt and professional. I had a broken Whalen unit in my condo and they were able to replace it with an Omega Heat Pump.
