Great staff, the girls in the sports department know what they're doing. Evelyn, I think that was her name?... had great service and always smiling. she didn't know the answer to one on my questions, so she asked her manager and the lady told me that I could have a deal!!! Definitely would go back again.

I love the Bay...they try really hard to please everyone’s budget.. Great clothes lines...lots of good sales...just about everything my family and I wear is from the Bay!
I hope they never close down like Sears. They will always be my go to store for everything!

We just purchased three couches at the Langley Ashley store. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was no high pressure sales tactics. The store is organized and neat. Appears well run.

Bought a hall tree, among other things, from the Langley location, sadly the back to the tree was damaged when I opened the box. Not a big deal it happens. The staff ( I wish I got her name) was excellent in exchanging the damaged part for a new one they had in stock. Great service and a happy repeat customer.
