Dr. Chung and the staff at the Eaton Centre are a pleasure. They were all highly professional, prompt (no waiting!), and personable. Dr. Chung was very thorough with his examination, he took time to answer my questions and I did not feel rushed. I highly recommend him and will continue to do my eye examinations at this location.

She is an excellent optometrist and I am grateful to have her on my medical team. She took me in for an emergency consultation when I was referred to see an optometrist by a walk in clinic for an eye issue. She took me right away. I had an unexpected fall with my sunglasses which required some mending. The service was prompt and professional despite not being a client of Abbey Eye Care. While waiting I noticed they have a great selection of polarized sunglasses, many shapes and styles to choose from at reasonable prices! Will definitely be coming back for a new pair, especially since they have a spring sale on sunglasses and mine need an update!

I bought a glasses for my child , they confirmed the delivery in 3 days - no news for a couple of days later - after calling couple of times , the lady was so rude and she just said they are busy and cut the phone while we were still asking her questions ! Really pathetic customer service .

Excellent service! Doctor Malkani was super friendly and answered all my questions during my eye exam. What especially stood out to me was that he sent me a detailed, thorough and informational follow-up email the next day with answers to all my questions and recommendations for future care. Ive never received that kind of service from any other optometrist! Definitely recommend this place and Dr. Malkani.
