I love that I can trust Carter to care for my pets any time I go away. He always makes sure to follow my detailed instructions exactly and even will send photos of my babies to me from his visits. I first met Dr. Melissa while she was working at another veterinary clinic. I choose to drive out to Copetown (35 minutes) because I wouldn't trust anyone else with my senior pet rabbit. She's extremely attentive, thorough, and an amazing veterinarian. You can really tell how much she cares when caring for my pet bunny and I'm extremely appreciative of that. I truly wouldn't go to anyone else. Thank you Dr. Melissa :)

I love Glen, Gord and Rick, they are angels sent to mind our fur babies.
Two have unfortunately retired and I pray Glen will keep going because I can’t imagine going anywhere else. They genuinely love the animals and ooze care and compassion...thank God for them!

I switched to this vet. And I’m loving it. They know how to do travel forms for my fur baby. They’re understanding and kind when appointments need to be canceled or moved. my furr baby also had teeth surgery here they where so gentle and kind with him. ? would highly recommend this vet

If you want knowledgeable, compassionate care for your pet, the Paris Veterinary Clinic is the for you. We came to the clinic after a series of mistakes at other clinics nearly caused us to put our St Bernard down prematurely. At PVC an excellent resident and team of vets walked us through every step of their decision-making to arrive at a diagnosis and treatment. Costs were fair. Most of all we gained an extra year of wonderful healthy life with our beloved George.

I have been going to Dr. Burgess for 14 years now and this is why, I love the man, hes kind and gentle with our pets, he is honest I,m sure he knew that I would have mortgage the house to get Franky help, he was having seizures, he told me we could do MRI , scans and what ever and still not find out the reason, lets put him on phenobarb, that was years ago and Franky has not had another one. He even drove Franky home to me the last time I was there such a kind hearted man. The best of vets.

Our Chihuahua was attacked by a 85lb German Shepard last night. Not only did our pup sustain lacerations from the other dog, so did my husband. Ive had Dr. Dust as my Veterinarian for several years. Shes the best Vet around & has her best interest at heart for any pet brought to her. She takes all the time you need to explain options & treatments & you know that youve left your pet in the best hands. I just recently picked my dog up from his first stay at Diamond in the Ruff Pet Retreat in Guelph. He came home happy, well fed and sleepy from playing outside. The kennel is on private property with the kennel owners on site all the time. The kennel is designed with a large outdoor wooded area for walks and off leash runs, one indoor playroom and a few outdoor play yards. When I asked to look around the kennel, the girl at the front desk was more than willing to show me every room and area within the kennel. All rooms were clean and nicely air conditioned, and all dogs seemed comfortable and happy. The packages they offer are also a great way to break up the dog's day so that he can have time outside and does not have to be in his kennel all day. I would recommend this kennel for every dog and for all lengths of stay, especially for long trips. I will most certainly be bringing my dog back to Diamond in the Ruff during my next vacation.
