I go for regular phyio treatment by Dr. Ali, who in my experience is by far the best physiotherapist. He holds a PhD in physiotherapy, he is extremely knowledgeable and is very kind and pleasant. I also see Bahram for my massage treatment. He is RMT and has lots of experience in dealing with different kinds of pain. He is also very kind, caring and gives wonderful massage treatments. Its been almost 2 months and I feel so much better thanks to their physiotherapy. Be prepared to be in the office for 1.5-2 hours as these professionals use an array of treatments.
