Kelly is awesome with our skittish dog. Always does a great job, our dog is a rescue and can be a handful. Kelly is always patient and although my dog doesn't love being groomed, she does her best to make it a positive experience

I can't say enough great things about Christine! She has been walking my 70lb goldendoodle once a week for a couple pf months now. I can always count on her to be reliable, professional, and caring. My pup absolutely adores her and comes back happy and well-exercised every time. It's clear that Christine has a real love for dogs. Communication is always great, and I love the updates she provides after each walk. Her pricing is very competitive and reasonable. I highly recommend Christine!

Took my French bulldog there and although they were busy, I just needed his nails trim and they were able to accommodate him and they cut his nails in no time at all. He was fine during the process and a happy dog when I got him back in the couple of mins that it took to cut his nails. Excellent service and work. Would recommend!

My pup loves Dogtopia at Bloorwest. He runs to the door and can’t wait to play with his buddies. He’s tired at the end of the day after spending all his energy playing and socializing with other dogs.
The staff has always been helpful and caring. I definitely recommend this location for daycare.

We have a Sheltland Sheepdog with a coat like a polar bear. It is impossible for me to brush her hair. The Dog Wash are magicians...they groom her in a few hours which would take me days to do....and they remove all her excess coat which I could never do. Thank you for the wonderful work.

I have great service at all the Pet Valu's I go to. The two Pickering locations have wonderful helpful friendly staff and I always feel good with my visits. Money well spent. The groomers are amazing with my dog. This is how you should feel when leaving your pet for grooming.

The Hound Lounge has been a life saver for us and our wild puppy Wally!
She always has an amazing time and comes home exhausted from a full day fun with her friends.
She can be very energetic and unfortunately she tore her pad from running around the first time she there. After speaking with the team they were very responsive and have since always assured me they will be on top of her and help her to calm down when she gets a wee bit wild. she has never had a that problem again!

She is extremely trustworthy and goes above and beyond with dog safety by making sure all dogs have two safety clips for extra safety. Having a Husky herself, she is also aware of the needs of high energy dogs, and also offers dog runs.

I brought in my sick cat, Daisy, who needed an emergency spay. They took great care of us. I like that they were up front about the costs and they were very reasonable. Daisy had surgery that day and the vet phoned to let me know she how things went. I got a text pic from a vet tech of Daisy resting comfortably as she stayed overnight to recoup. That was so thoughtful and reassuring to me. I highly recommend Bayview Seven Animal Hospital, super nice people.

It pleases me to be able to praise the fine people at Club Bekkers.
I have used their services a few times over the last several years and have been pleased with the facility and care provided to my pets.Over the last year my job has changed significantly and I have been required to travel more and often have to leave on short notice. I was comforted in accepting this change knowing that Club Bekkers is always able and willing to accomodate our needs. I know that my guys are well taken care of and have a safe, healthy environment to enjoy. The facility is large and clean and my experience has always been positive. You need only be there for a few minutes to know Bekkers has a great affection for our furry friends.

I just recently picked my dog up from his first stay at Diamond in the Ruff Pet Retreat in Guelph. He came home happy, well fed and sleepy from playing outside. The kennel is on private property with the kennel owners on site all the time. The kennel is designed with a large outdoor wooded area for walks and off leash runs, one indoor playroom and a few outdoor play yards. When I asked to look around the kennel, the girl at the front desk was more than willing to show me every room and area within the kennel. All rooms were clean and nicely air conditioned, and all dogs seemed comfortable and happy. The packages they offer are also a great way to break up the dog's day so that he can have time outside and does not have to be in his kennel all day. I would recommend this kennel for every dog and for all lengths of stay, especially for long trips. I will most certainly be bringing my dog back to Diamond in the Ruff during my next vacation.

Yesterday I had my dog groomed for the first time at this particular location as my regular groomer for over 8 years quit and I was extremely happy. My dog does not like getting groomed and Alice did an amazing job. I would highly recommend her. She is very nice and does a great job. Thanks again.

I am always extremely pleased with the service we receive. My Cockapoo is an extremely high anxiety dog who can sometimes be hard to handle. Michelle has great experience with different breeds temperaments and coats, she is great with my dog and he is very comfortable with her. My dog always looks and smells great, he also gets an adorable bandanna when he’s all finished! The end result is all around fantastic! I highly recommend The Groom Miester :)

These guys are wonderful! I was in a bit of a bind with another company who cancelled my booking 3 days before a two week trip to Portugal. Within 4 hours, Vernon was at my property to assess my dog. He took my dog for a 24 hour test trial (this is after my dog seriously barked at Vernon when he came into my home).
Over the next day, Vernon provided multiple updates (with pictures) and was very communicative. I cannot thank them enough! Great team with wonderful service.
